Important Notice: Registration Deadlines, Refund Policy, and Waiting List

Please note that the registration terms, deadlines, and policies for the It-Fab Hands-On School 2026 are regulated as follows:

• Registration Deadline: The deadline for submitting applications is currently set for September 15, 2026. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to extend this deadline if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or due to organizational and logistical requirements.

• Refund Requests Deadline: Any cancellation requests with a demand for a refund of the registration fee must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026. Requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

• “In-Person” Sold Out & Waiting List: Due to the strictly limited number of places available for physical attendance, if the In-person registration option is sold out at the time of your application, candidates are kindly requested to send an email to [registration@domain.com] to formally request to be placed on the waiting list.

• Cancellation Management: In the event of withdrawals or cancellations by confirmed in-person participants, the Organizing Committee will admit candidates from the waiting list in order of priority. To ensure maximum capacity coverage within the laboratories, these takeovers and the acceptance of new registrations will be permitted even after September 15.
